- The Medical Weight Loss Consultation, which is free. You are greeted by name, you sit down with a licensed provider, and you talk through your health history and what you are hoping for. There is a second free visit, the lab review, where your results are read back to you.

- A licensed medical provider, the same one who reviews your labs, sets your dose, and adjusts it at your monthly visits. You are supported through the whole program rather than handed a plan and sent off with it.
- What does the membership include, and what do I pay on top?
- Focus is $79 a month and covers your visits, your labs, your dose management, a nutrition guide and a workout plan. Medication is separate: you pay the pharmacy directly, at pharmacy cost. We never mark it up.
- How fast does it work?
- That is set by your body, your health and the plan you build together, which is why your provider gives you a realistic pace at your consult instead of a number on a website. Honest expectations are part of the program, not a disclaimer on it.
