Heather is a licensed cosmetologist and a licensed instructor in cosmetology, lashes, and brows, and she co-founded Bellamarque. She has spent years both doing this work and teaching it, and that is where her standard comes from: precise, unhurried, and honest about what will actually suit you. She is a mom of three, and she sets the bar for the care you can expect in every room here.

Tiffany Dutson

Founder

Licensed Esthetician, Lash & Brow Instructor

Tiffany is a licensed esthetician and a lash and brow instructor, and she co-founded Bellamarque. Her focus is aesthetics done well: careful skin work and lash and brow detail that still looks like you, only more rested. Years of teaching the craft shaped how she works, patient with the details and clear about what is worth doing. She is a Utah mom of five.
