What actually happens at your first visit
No mystery, no pressure, no surprise upsell. Here is exactly how a first visit goes, from the moment you walk in to the moment you decide, or decide to wait.

What happens at your first visit?
Your first visit starts with a relaxed conversation, not a treatment. A licensed provider listens to what you would change, or simply that you are curious, gives you an honest read on your options, and shares the cost up front. Nothing happens unless you want it to, and you can leave with nothing booked.

If you have been quietly researching for a while, the first visit can feel like the biggest step. It should not. Our whole approach is built to make that first appointment calm and low-risk, because the honest truth is that the first visit is where trust is either earned or lost. Here is what to expect, start to finish.
What should I do before I arrive?
Very little. You do not need to research treatments or arrive with a plan. It helps to come with a clean face if you are considering skin or injectable services, and to think loosely about what is bothering you or what you are curious about. That is genuinely enough.
If you have questions written down, bring them. If you would rather just talk it through in the room, that works too. There is no intake designed to steer you toward the most expensive option.
What happens when I walk in?
You are welcomed and given a moment to settle in. Then you sit down with a licensed provider for a real conversation. They will ask what you would change, listen more than they talk, and look at the areas you mention. This is the part that matters most, and we do not rush it.
You will hear an honest read on your options, including the pros, the trade-offs, and the realistic result. If more than one path could work, you will hear about each. And if the best answer is to do nothing today, or to start with something smaller than you expected, we will say so plainly.
Will I be pressured to book or buy?
No. This is the part we care about most. There is no commission-driven pitch, no add-on waiting at checkout, and no urgency to decide in the room. You will always see what something costs before anything begins, so pricing is never a surprise.
Plenty of people come in, get their questions answered, and leave to think it over. That is a completely normal and welcome outcome. If you do decide to move forward, we make sure you understand exactly what is involved first.
What if I decide to have a treatment that day?
If you are comfortable and the treatment is appropriate, some services can be done during the same visit, while others are best booked for a dedicated appointment. Your provider will tell you which is which and why. There is never a rush to squeeze something in before you are ready.
Whatever you decide, you leave knowing your options, the honest expectations, and the cost. You can browse everything we offer on our services page beforehand if you like to know the landscape, but you are never expected to arrive an expert. That is our job.
